Using your Vision
Working with computer screens places greater demands on the eyes than traditional office work. Working for long periods without breaks tires your focus onto the screen.
Adverse symptoms are headaches, blurred vision, problems changing focus, and burning eyes. We can assess the eyes and then provide guidelines for looking at screens.
Sport/Work/school: School and our occupations may have specific demands that create adverse symptoms. The way we use our vision may increase these difficulties. Finding out whether your vision is contributing to problems can save time and effort.
